Dennis Pattinson Memorial Scholarship

The Dennis Pattinson Memorial Scholarship Fund offers financial assistance to post-secondary students pursuing studies and research in the field of wildlife and fisheries conservation.  It is sponsored by the Ministry of Environment and the Saskatchewan Wildlife Federation.

Award Value:  Up to $2,500 per annum.  All Scholarships cover a regular academic year, but is divided into two equal units (one usually available in September, the other in January).

Eligibility:  Applicants must be full time students enrolled in studies at an accredited post-secondary institution.  Students must be citizens of Canada or landed immigrants with the intent of working in Canada.

Assessment Procedure:  Preference will be given to research projects being conducted in Saskatchewan.  Consideration will also be given to research projects undertaken in other accredited post-secondary institutions in Canada and elsewhere.

Deadline:  Applications must be submitted by May 15th.
