DESCRIPTION:This is an opportunity for women of all skill levels to try your hand at a variety of wilderness activities and increase your outdoor confidence through activities like archery\, knife skills\, fishing and filleting\, shelter building\, plant and animal identification\, fire building\, canoeing and so much more! This weekend is not meant to be an intense backwoods experience\, but an empowering weekend where women can take part in women-ran outdoor activities. \nJoined by our friendly experienced staff and other adventure-seeking women out at Hannin Creek Education & Research Centre at Candle Lake\, SK. This is a weekend you won’t want to miss\, and one you won’t soon forget!Fall WOW: September 22-24\, 2023 \nTo register for Fall WOW\, please fill out the registration form\, and submit back to the SWF Central Office at sask.wildlife@swf.sk.ca. Spaces are limited to 30 participants.
